Arch Street Press is seeking an exceptional undergraduate student enrolled in a college or university in the greater Philadelphia area for a part-time internship in Bryn Mawr, assisting with various projects, programs and initiatives of Arch Street Press.

2020/21 Internship Position Available

Social-Media Internship

We’re looking for someone who understands how to work in the social-media landscape and get results.

You will participate in brainstorming ideas for campaigns, manage and monitor social-media accounts and create content to boost brand engagement. You must like books—a lot—and be an avid reader. An English-literature major who has experience with social-media marketing is our dream intern!

This is a three-month paid internship with the possibility of a three-month extension.

2020/21 Internship Position Available

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience with major social-media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, etc.;
  • Knowledge of social-media analytics software such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, to track audience engagement and campaign performance;
  • Experience with content-management systems, word-processor applications and image/video editing software;
  • High awareness of social-media trends;
  • Copywriting and editing skills;
  • Creativity;
  • Available to work 15–20 hours per week or more; and
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
